AVAILABLE RENTAL PROPERTIES
To schedule a self showing please click the ‘SCHEDULE VIEWING’ button on a property of interest below. If you wish to apply, you may do so on the ‘APPLY ONLINE’ button. All listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Square footage, photos and amenities may be based on similar units and not always the exact unit available.
RENTERS INSURANCE is required for all leases and lease renewals. All tenants are automatically enrolled in a resident benefits package. See the Resident Benefits Package Flyer on each listing for more information.
PETS & ANIMALS
If the property accepts pets, or if you have an assistance animal accommodation, please complete the animal section of the application. Additional charges for the screening of pets may apply. We follow all HUD guidelines on assistance animals.
Some rentals allow for a pet, some allow a maximum of two pets. If a pet is approved there is an additional $300 non refundable pet fee per pet and $25.00 monthly pet rent.
RESIDENT BENEFIT PACKAGES

SECURITY DEPOSITS AND ADMIN FEES
Security deposits are due within 24 hours of approval and all leases require a $250 admin fee per property/lease agreement.
COMMON REASONS TO BE DECLINED
Incomplete applications, evictions, collections from landlords, credit score below 650, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, non-discharged bankruptcies, unqualified occupants, pets (no aggressive breeds allowed) and/or move-in dates too far in the future can be a reason for a declined application.
