With the cost of an eviction at an extremely high rate, RentWise Property Management offers the Boise Eviction Protection Program to further protect you from unexpected costs incurred in removing a tenant from a home.

Boise Eviction Protection Program
If an eviction becomes necessary at your property, RentWise Property Management will cover the costs incurred in removing the tenant from your home for an annual fee of $96 or $8 per month. Without such coverage the costs are between $400 and $900 to process an eviction. In comparison this is a very inexpensive option.
A typical eviction in the Ada/Canyon County area is (some items vary slightly in cost):

With EVICTION PROTECTION – RentWise Property Management will cover these costs.
For just $8 per month owners can find assurance that they won’t be hit with unexpected costs of eviction proceeding.
This program will only cover the initial charges pertaining to a full eviction process in the court system and does not include physically removing the tenants’ personal items. Any damages that are incurred by the tenant are not covered in this program. Eviction Protection is only offered to owners who have allowed RentWise Property Management to properly screen and place their tenant with a full executed lease agreement with RentWise Property Management.
