We are dedicated to being proactive in managing the properties that our clients entrust to us. Many times the owners are out of state and don’t have access to keep an eye on it themselves.
In an effort to make sure we are staying on top of anything that may need corrective action, we visit the property twice a year. This allows us to mitigate the majority of anything above and beyond wear and tear that might need our attention.
This is particularly advantageous as it coincides with the switch between heat and air conditioning with the hot and cold temperatures. We also find this is when the majority of repair requests increase and being proactive in our efforts keeps those to a minimum and costs lower. Who doesn’t love that?
